The product itself was fine, just not really what I needed, so I sent it back. The refund did come through eventually, but it took a bit of waiting around and I had to send a couple emails to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just kind of clunky. Basically, the return process could be explained better so you’re not left guessing.

I ordered from RevitaLash because I’d seen a bunch of good reviews, i was hopeful!!! But after I bought it, I started digging more into the ingredients, and some of them made me pause... especially the prostaglandin-like one. I really wish that kind of thing was explained more clearly on the site, because I didn’t notice it upfront at all??
Maybe it works great for other people, and I’m not saying it doesn’t... but I just didn’t feel comfortable putting it on every night. For the price, I expected way more straightforward info about safety and what’s actually in the serum!!! So yeah, I’m only giving it 2 stars.

I thought the tube would last a bit longer, but it ran out quickly. I wasn’t even using a ton each time, so...

It’s not a miracle fix, but it did help my under-eye discoloration a bit. I feel like it’s only fair to say it made some difference, even if it wasn’t perfect. If you’re expecting dramatic results, maybe manage your expectations, but for me it was decent enough.

I was so excited to try this and kept checking my lashes like, okay, any day now… but after weeks of using it, they pretty much look the same. Maybe they seem a little healthier, but I definitely don’t see much length. For the price, I expected way more, so yeah, I’m kind of disappointed

I try not to buy into products that make huge promises, because it feels better to spend my money on things that actually do what they say. So far, I’m genuinely happy with this. My lashes already look a bit fuller and thicker, and it feels like a good choice

I tried Revitalash for a couple of weeks i did feel like my lashes were starting to look a little better. But some nights my eyelids got really red and had this burning feeling, which made me nervous. Not saying it’s a scam, but I don’t think it agreed with my skin/eyes. I’ve stopped using it for now. It wasn’t awful, just probably not the right fit for me

Got my RevitaLash order everything was exactly right. No missing items, no random substitutions, no mysterious warehouse “oops” like they sometimes want us to believe just happens by accident. It matched what I picked online and showed up in good shape. Smooth experience overall, so I’ve got no complaints this time

I’ve been happy with it the results are noticeable and the tube has lasted way longer than I expected, so even though it’s definitely not what I’d call cheap, I still feel like it ends up being worth the money for me overall...

I ordered straight from revitalash.com because I didn’t want to risk getting a fake one from somewhere else. The box, seal, and code all looked right, and the serum itself seems exactly the same as the one I’ve used before.

Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. It’s a little more expensive buying direct, but I’d rather know what I’m getting. That’s it.

I used to really like this, but it feels like the formula has changed. I’m not seeing the same results I used to, and it’s frustrating because I feel like the difference is being brushed off. It’s just not as good as it was before.

From the way it was talked about, I kind of assumed I’d notice changes quickly, but it ended up taking closer to six weeks before I saw any real results. Not bad, just slower than I had in my head.
